Replacement steps of fume extractor carbon filter element

1、Before replacing the fume extractor carbon filter element, first close the electroplated ball valve, then press the flush button, wait about ten minutes, and let the system not be replaced until the pressure is relieved.

2、Open the nut connector on the right side of the membrane housing and pull out the water pipe.

3、Close the ball valve of the pressure barrel, open the upper nut joint, and lead the water pipe into an empty barrel or washing tank.

4、Hold the reverse osmosis membrane tube tightly by hand, then clamp the old reverse osmosis membrane with pliers (or tools), and pull it out of the membrane shell.

5、Insert the new reverse osmosis membrane prepared for replacement into the reverse osmosis membrane tube until one end of the two black circles reaches the bottom of the membrane shell, and then close the membrane cover.

6、Plug the water pipe and pipe plug (except the quick plug connector), and then close the nut connector on the right side of the membrane housing.

7、Open the electroplated ball valve. Let the filter run for more than two hours, and then connect the water pipe with the ball valve of the pressure barrel and open the ball valve of the pressure barrel after the filter system enters the normal water filtering state.

8、After replacing the fume extractor carbon filter element, pay attention to water testing. After opening the water, drain the water for 10 minutes, and observe whether the filter element has water seepage or leakage. If there is no water seepage or leakage, drain the water for 10 minutes before use; In case of water seepage and leakage, repeat the above operation to replace the filter element.
